The first word that comes to mind when I think of Marie is light – and so it was deeply moving to learn how much grief she’s actually processed and moved through and how it’s shaped the trajectory of her life both personally and professionally.
This Sacred Conversation was so full of eye-opening insights me – about how the spaces we move through can, unconsciously, promote our well-being, sense of security and home – or not.
We highlight how important it is for you to tune into your soul’s energy, aligning your energy with the frequency of your essence and learning to trust your internal connections and allowing them to guide you on your journey.
We discuss the importance of nurturing one’s energy and connecting with Source for spiritual growth and share daily practices like meditation and exercises including how to expand your energy through crystals, cards, or other spiritual practices that can help you.
You’ll also hear us emphasizing how taking care of your physical body is crucial for optimal energy and connection.
Finally we share how we weave the worlds of spirituality and business.You’ll hear Marie share her spiritual journey, highlighting her deep connection to light and her intuitive practices. She recounts her early experiences with spirituality, including communicating with nature during grief and later closing off her third eye to cope with loss.
She then discusses her transition back to spirituality after giving birth and her current practices, such as meditation and daily ocean visits. She emphasized the importance of community and creating spaces that promote well-being.
Marie also mentioned her work in design, focusing on natural materials and community support, and her involvement in a grief campaign to address the duality of life experiences.
Marie shares her transition from self-employment, emphasizing the importance of sharing mid-stage experiences. Reflecting on the emotional cycle of breakdowns before breakthroughs, drawing parallels to her recent grief over losing two friends.
We highlight the significance of allowing emotions to flow and talk about mastery. Conclusion with the idea that embracing discomfort and grief can lead to personal growth and transformation, likening it to the metamorphosis of a caterpillar into a butterfly.
At one point our Sacred Conversation revolves around the creation and goals of the grief campaign by LysFarm, a creative studio. The campaign aims to address grief in a bodily way, emphasizing physical experiences over intellectual understanding. It seeks to bridge the gap between the grieving person and their support system, highlighting the importance of community and empathy.
This campaign also aims to challenge societal taboos around grief and death, noting a significant decrease in the use of words like “grief” and “death” in newspapers.
Finally our Sacred Conversation touches on the need for rituals and the impact of emotional spaces in public areas like train stations. Reflecting on our personal experiences with grief and the importance of being present and empathetic in our work and everyday life.

Experiencing losses and grief early in life, Marie connected with her spirituality and recognized that life is fragile, as well as instilling her with a gratefulness for life itself. This has stimulated her awareness of herself, others, and life and ignited a strong desire to work with people and foster consciousness and connection in society.
