By purchasing a Journey, you understand and accept the following Terms + Conditions:

SERVICES PROVIDED:

As outlined in the pre-sale material, the Services provided as part of a Journey include the following:

3 Month Journey a total of 12 sessions.
6 Month Journey a total of 18 sessions.
9 Month Journey a total of 21 sessions.

EMAIL SUPPORT:

Purchasing a Journey, you are eligible to receive email support from myself. Please bear the following in mind:

Email support is available on Weekdays within business hours 8-5.
Whilst I endeavour to respond within a few hours, in some cases it may take 24-48 hours to receive a response. Please be patient – I want to ensure I do not rush our response to you.

PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a participant of a Journey, it is your responsibility to:

• Assume responsibility for yourself and your process.
• Know your goals.
• Do the homework assigned and prepare yourself for your sessions.
• Take notes during your sessions and process.
• Be ready to give yourself to the process.

PAYMENT:

Payment for a Journey can be made in one of two ways.

Option One: Single Payment

1 x payment of $3333 USD

Option Two: Payment Plan

3 x payments of $1122 USD (one payment to be made upon booking, one payment to be taken from your PayPal account automatically exactly one month following the first payment, last payment to be taken from your PayPal account automatically exactly two months following the first payment).

The Payment Plan carries a surcharge of $33 USD, total investment is $3366 USD.

CANCELLATION:

You may cancel your purchase of a Journey up until the Monday before your session starts, and receive a refund in full.

Should you wish to cancel your purchase within the week prior to your session start date, it will be subject to a refund of 50% of payments made to date.

Should you wish to cancel your purchase in the 24 hours prior to your session start date, no refund will be made to you.

SCHEDULE:

Your 3 Month Journey has a duration of 12 calendar weeks, starting from your session start date.
Your 6 Month Journey has a duration of 24 calendar weeks, starting from your session start date.
Your 9 Month Journey has a duration of 36 calendar weeks, starting from your session start date.

Should you need to postpone or reschedule a session it should be done no later than 24 hours before the session. In the event of a later cancellation the session will be considered used and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

In the unlikely event that unforeseen circumstances mean I have to postpone or reschedule a session, I will let you know as soon as possible.

CONFIDENTIALITY:

Participant Information: Any and all participant information and data of a confidential nature, including but not limited to any and all design, creative, marketing, sales, operating, performance, know how, business and process information (hereinafter referred to as “Confidential Information”), shall be treated by Mariaestela Zoe LLC. in the strictest confidence and not disclosed to third parties or used by Mariaestela Zoe LLC. for any purpose other than for providing the participant with the services specified above. Upon request, Mariaestela Zoe LLC. hereto will promptly return or destroy all documents containing Confidential Information and delete all electronic records of or containing the same.

PRIVACY POLICY:

By participating a Journey, you confirm that you understand and acknowledge the Privacy Policy set by Mariaestela Zoe LLC.

I cannot guarantee the outcome of following the recommendations provided and any statements made regarding the potential outcome are expressions of opinion only.

I make no guarantees about the information and recommendations provided herein. By purchasing a Journey you acknowledge that I cannot guarantee any particular results, as such outcomes are based on subjective factors that are not within my control.

Therefore, following any information or recommendations provided on this program are at your own risk.

By participating in a Journey, you acknowledge that I am not a licensed psychologist or therapist and my services do not replace the care of psychologists or therapists. Coaching is in no way to be construed or substituted as psychological counselling or any other type of therapy or medical advice. I will at all times exercise my best professional efforts, skills and care. However, I cannot guarantee the outcome of coaching efforts and/or recommendations during the program and my comments about the outcome are expressions of opinion only.

I cannot make any guarantees other than to deliver the mentoring services purchased as described.

Product descriptions:

I aim to describe and display my products as accurately as possible. Occasionally, I may correct errors in pricing and service descriptions.

Earnings:

I cannot guarantee any specific outcome of participating in a Journey, earnings or otherwise. Whilst my expectation is that you will increase your business revenue, I cannot guarantee that this will be the case.
