Cydney and I have moved in the same facebook circles for probably close to a decade. Over the last few years she’s shared her journey of discovering and uncovering her native roots which has been immensely interesting to follow.

In this Sacred Conversation Cydney, a former elite Canadian figure skater turned award-winning designer and now Product Development Specialist shares her journey from a professional figure skater to a serial entrepreneur.

She details her transition from fashion to business consulting and her near-death experiences and how they led her to develop a line of health products.

Cydney emphasizes the importance of integrating allopathic and alternative medicine.

She also highlighted the significance of spiritual practices, such as surrendering worries to spirit guides, and her organizational skills, which she plans to document in a book titled "The Other Big O."
